Terms and Conditions of Sale

Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between the company World Compagnie Import (hereinafter referred to as “We”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) making a purchase via the website https://www.wci-distribution.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

1. Purpose

These GTC are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of goods and services offered by World Compagnie Import.

2. Products and Services

The products and services offered are those listed on the Site on the day of consultation by the Client, subject to available stocks. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by World Compagnie Import.

3. Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). World Compagnie Import reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the Site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Client.

4. Orders

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. World Compagnie Import commits to honoring orders received on the Site only within the limits of available stocks.

5. Payment

Payment for purchases is made at the Client’s choice by credit card, bank transfer, or any other means offered on the Site. The card is debited at the time of order confirmation.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Client during the order process. Delivery times are given as an indication. In the event of a delay in delivery, World Compagnie Import cannot be held responsible, and no compensation can be claimed by the Client.

7. Withdrawal

In accordance with current legal provisions, the Client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the Client.

8. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, World Compagnie Import will refund the amounts paid by the Client within 14 days following notification of the withdrawal request and receipt of the returned products.

9. Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, allowing the Client to return defective or non-compliant products.

10. Liability

World Compagnie Import cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. In any event, the liability of World Compagnie Import will be limited to the amount of the order.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of World Compagnie Import. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any capacity, even partially, elements of the Site.

12. Personal Data

World Compagnie Import is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, the Client has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

13. Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of a dispute, the parties will prioritize an amicable resolution. Failing that, only the French courts will be competent.
